We provide online event planning tools in combination with in-person or virtual meetings directly with the Bride and Groom, or in some instances the Wedding Coordinator or Wedding Financier. Our clients enjoy our open-minded consultation and planning sessions and online platform that fosters creativity, so our clients can do much more than pick and choose songs. Once a date is reserved, clients may continue self guided or schedule a meeting, which allows you to create your ideal wedding schedule personlized to your liking down to the last detail. Planning Forms

Clients can plan their event online! SeacoastDJ has designed event worksheet templates and clients can complete them online. Clients may choose to have us assist them by walking through process in a consultative manner. The worksheet tool can be used to provide event details, love stories, or other event-specific needs. Updates happen in real-time; there is no need to save so less can be lost.

Timeline Builder

Always know the order of events! Our unique drag and drop timeline widget makes it easy for you or your event planner to organize list(s) of activities. We are able to create and assign multiple timelines to each event and order by suggested time or by sequence. Updates are instant; our Clients have shared control and never need to worry about forgetting to save!

Guest Manager

Manage Guest List and Guest Song Requests! The SeacoastDJ event planner provides multiple methods of accessing a guest request system. Yourself or event planner can add guests, and they can be created dynamically with an event password, or can be completely anonymous.

Music Jukebox

Our clients can build their dreamlist! If you provide music, this amazing feature permits clients to generate the ultimate request list. Our full-featured music request system has music videos for them to watch, discography information, lyrics, and so much more. Music is extremely important to us and we encourage our clients to share their must have song choices, provide additional requests and we give you the choice to allow your guests to make requests during your reception (or not).

Payment Center

We accept payments from your clients using our existing merchant account, SquareUp. We are also accepting payments via Venmo to help minimize fee's and keep our costs down. Payments made online while logged into your unique Client Portal website are secure and payments made will be automatically updated on your Contract in the Payment History section. We provide payment options and can secure and reserve your date with a deposit payment.
